These Terms form an agreement between you and Therinds when you download or use LisanDocs. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple or applicable law.

Service

LisanDocs recognizes, extracts, summarizes, translates, and drafts text from business documents. Some features run on-device; optional cloud actions require internet access and your permission. Features may change and can depend on device capability, network availability, provider availability, and regional law.

Important AI limitation

AI and OCR output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. LisanDocs does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. You must review the original document and verify names, dates, amounts, references, obligations, signatures, and payment instructions before using or sharing any result. Do not rely on LisanDocs for emergencies or decisions where an error could cause serious harm.

Your content

You retain rights in documents and text you provide. You give Therinds and its service providers the limited permission necessary to process that content only to provide the feature you request, operate security, and comply with law. You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed to process the content and that your use complies with law, confidentiality duties, privacy rights, and third-party rights.

You must not use LisanDocs to break the law; deceive or harm others; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or confidentiality rights; distribute malware; bypass security or usage limits; reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits; or submit content you are not authorized to process.

Subscriptions and credits

New installations receive five successful eligible cloud AI actions at no charge. LisanDocs Pro Monthly and LisanDocs Pro Yearly each provide up to 500 successful eligible cloud AI actions during each monthly allocation period while the subscription is active. Unused subscription actions do not roll over. The 100 AI Actions product adds 100 consumable actions. A credit is deducted only after an eligible cloud action succeeds; failed actions return the reserved credit. Purchased consumable credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Because LisanDocs is account-free, consumable credits may not be restorable after deletion, device replacement, or movement to another device unless our backend can verify and associate the original purchase.

Apple processes all in-app purchases. Prices, taxes, currency, subscription duration, and any offer shown in the Apple purchase sheet control. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions and request eligible refunds through Apple. Use Restore Purchases in LisanDocs for eligible non-consumable entitlements and subscriptions. Refunds, revocations, chargebacks, or billing failures may remove related access or unused credits as permitted by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Cloud AI remains optional and requires express permission. By using cloud features, you direct us to send the recognized text needed for your request to the providers identified in that policy.

Ownership and feedback

Therinds and its licensors retain rights in LisanDocs, its design, software, branding, and service content. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under the Standard EULA. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, while we do not claim ownership of your documents.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We may maintain, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, including to address security, provider, legal, or operational needs. We may block protected cloud access when we reasonably detect fraud, abuse, tampering, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Warranties and liability

LisanDocs is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Therinds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits or data, or decisions made from unverified output. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Apple Standard EULA.

Changes and governing terms

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law. Apple’s Standard EULA supplies the governing-law and dispute provisions for the licensed app, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country or region.
